  I came to Nicosia to donate eggs, the hotel was booked and paid for me but why should that mean I don’t leave an honest review. The staff at reception and in the breakfast area are lovely. Nice hotel and comfortable beds but I had to wake up at 5am for a small operation. I came back to get a few hours much needed sleep in and I put a do not disturb sign on the door, check out was at 12, the cleaners banged around from 10am for a full 2 hours, they banged my door despite the sign at 11:30 and I told them I was sleeping in, she said she just wanted to check.. check the signs next time please. Also breakfast was very tasteless, I’m sorry.

  Really horrible experience ever…booked 2 room & arrived in hotel at midnight (12 Nov 22). But there was already someone else in the room I booked. Feel really bad for him and myself. The man in reception (evening) not trying to help (not even trying to find another room or refund the money..not even telling his name and hotels manager name) instead getting rude. Later in the morning I talked to the lady and she refund the money (she was kind and helpful tho) overall room was not bad. Breakfast was good tho…not recommended at all

  The worst experience we had so far. Probably it is just about racism. Not cool to treat people according to their nationality. Goverment issues are not ours. Be professional, not a politican. Edit: Enjoy w 78 euros. We are in tourism industry as well and we know how system works. You had a chance to fix issues. You still have. You have brought it to this point. It is not our bad, it is just because of your unprofessional attitude.

  Not bad experience. Rooms are large, equipped with small fridge. Cleanliness is well observed. The breakfast is very limited, and when some item finishes it is not re-added. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Situated in a quiet area about 1.5km from the center of Old Nicosia. Moreover, the website shows that it is a four stars but I do not think it is more than three.

  I will remember this hotel by the most humble breakfast I have ever experienced. Not such a big choice of food, waiters are not so fast responsive. Showers are weak, small television, A/C stops working even if the card is inside. Rooms don't absorb noise enough. However, rooms are clear but outdated by the interior. The only good thing is a polite staff from the reception and location 15 minutes by foot to the city centre.
