::After being kicked out for no good reason (a legitimate UK company being mistaken for a no substance shell company) this bank did not even bother to apologise for their unprofessional behaviour and charged a ridiculous amount for the cash withdrawal. They are, like most other banks in Cyprus, highly inefficient, terribly expensive (after first conquering a disproportionate market share with free services) and better at shifting stockpiles of paper than providing customer service. Stay away!
