  As mentioned below, shipping department doesn't provide services not only to individuals, but to the companies as well. Transactions are rejected without explanations, money are lost inside the bank for months, difficulties with communication - do not recommend to deal with this bank, never.

  Pan Cyprian insurance is completely unreliable. Ridiculous service. Very dissapointed.

  Customer service is out of question, unprofessional staff, do not keep their promises, do not considering to put any add efforts despite client is with them for 16 years. Doing mistakes and not even apologising for. I'm just dreaming to cease my co-op with them.

  Horrible customer service on both of my visits so far. Once to open an account had to wait somewhere of my choice as there are no clear waiting lines until a desk is free, hoping nobody will jump ahead of you and get serviced first. Second time I only had to visit and pick up my VISA which should be a job of under 30 seconds but 20 minutes in and no clerks were available to assist. I had to leave and come back another time. Nobody seems to care for the customers there. There seems to be is a substantial luck of stuff and the employees are just focused on other tasks.
