  Had a good experience with this branch. Helpful personnel and head of the branch. Opened an account within 1 hour, but since the branch is very busy, make an appointment for this service in advance.

  Difficult to open account as new Cyprus resident even with EU passport. Try Hellinic Bank Enaerios Branch, Enaerios Branch, Arch. Makariou 229 &John Kennedy 3106, very helpful and no line out the door.

  Worst bank ever! "Regular" customers allowed to by pass the que, bad customer service, slow and weird rules to open a simple basic bank account for a CYPRIOT (not foreigner). Wasting 1 hour of my time!

  Closing at 13:30 is not reasonable for a retail branch serving clients. Used to open earlier in the morning, but now opening at 08:30 will make you late for work.. No Saturday morning opening hours makes things even worse. Have to take time out of work to visit. So many staff at work are often absent to visit banks and other public services that don't have convenient opening hours for working people.. It's another hidden cost to businesses in Cyprus.

  The most unprofessional staff that you can find. Poor customer service with a big lack of communication skills!
