  Unfortunately extremely loud right next to the busy beach promenade. The view was great but useless if you are not able to sleep. We have not met any staff. There was no reception when we checked in at 4pm and no one was there when we checked out the next morning. It was really disappointing.

  I‘ve been in this hotel for eight days, and here’s my thoughts. +: * nice location, first line, near the sea. * beautiful view. * the entrance into the apartments is secured with passcode. * there’s a little shower for your legs to get rid of sand near the entrance. * in the room there is everything you’ll need for cooking. * in this apartments the roof is open. very beautiful view on larnaka from there. you have access to the roof 24/7. -: * the maid don‘t know how to behave herself with the clients! she is very rude all the time, and if you won’t leave your room until 12 am or 2 pm (depends on the day) she will not clean your room. sometimes she didn’t change our beach towels. she cleans the room well, but do something with her behavior! * conditioner in our room wasn’t working. however in our friends room everything was fine. i think it depends on your luck. * there is no receptionist al all! find out the door passcode before arriving, or you will stand out on the street and won’t be able to go in. * there’s bad wifi. it works for social networking, but if you want to call someone, forget about it. * there’s rock cafe right in front of the entrance. it’s VERY loud. * the street which is under the room window is also very loud. it is too uncomfortable too sleep. people’s voices, screams, cars, and if a loud motorcycle will drive near in the middle of the night, you’ll probably wake up, unless you sleep very strongly.

  Good location - disappointing management Management just denied or forgot previously agreed and confirmed services. We booked airport transfers and late check-out (for a fee of 50€) because both of our flights were at night, they confirmed by email. At arrival they denied the late check-out (sold the room to someone else). They forgot to arrange the booked transfer back to the airport and gave no any help to order a taxi or something, just advised us to go to the public taxi station. The room was modern with good view to the seaside. Despite of daily cleaning ants are running in the kitchen and the bathroom. Bathroom is extra small, it's hard to use the tap and the toilet 'cause the limited space. The hotel's best hidden feature - the reception did not mention - is the rooftop with sunbeds, umbrellas and shower.

  Very nice hotel. But they have some rooms that too small and have dreadfully small bathrooms. If you are pregnant or a little overweight you just would't fit there. The sea is very close. First line. And a lot of cafes. Everybody is nice to you in the hotel. They clean rooms every day. Help with excursions and all kinds of entertainment. I recommend.
