::Rooms are a bit small and depending on which room you have you might hear the rooftop bar from upstairs but besides that we had a very nice stay! Very clean and good breakfast!

::A very cosy, neoclassical little hotel at the heart of Larnaca's center just 2 minutes walk from the Phinikoudes beach. We had a large, clean room with a proper king-size bed, large and clean bathroom and two bottles of wine for free. The breakfast was simple but freshly made and generous and the waitress was absolutely nice and friendly. Overall, an excellent value-for-money choice. One word of caution though: avoid if you have mobility issues as all the rooms are on the 1st floor and there's no elevator. Also, there's no pool, sauna, gym etc.

::Favorite Location in Larnaca. Unique boutique hotel in the center, 1 minute by feet to the beach, restaurants Cafe bars around. Very nice breakfast with very kind people working at the hotel. There is a roofbar on the top with yummy cocktails ☺️

::Rooms are big and comfortable. In our I had a little accident with ants, but they were cleaned after one day. Air conditioner works, but for me it's too loud. Small bathroom, but appropriate for one person. Comfortable, big bed. Rooms are cleaned every day. English breakfast available every day. Hotel has unique atmosphere. Bar is located on the roof which has some pros and cons. Form one side you have an easy access to drinks, from the other, people "from the street" have to go through the hotel corridor to go to the bar - obviously it's making noises during night. Hotel doesn't have own parking, also it's not recommend for people with disabilities - no elevator, only stairs. I enjoyed my time here.
