::Not good if you are used to a international 5 star hotel and much worse than a lot of the 5 star hotels in limmasol. It's a 3.5stat or 4 star on international standards. It's very tired and badly managed but some of the staff are very good. The gym and indoor pool have only one shower to share and a tiny changing room. Parking is terrible and tiny for the size of the hotel you have to be careful not to be blocked in. It's closing in Sept 21 for well overdue renovation hopefully they will redesign bits of it when/if it reopens. This is a shame as losing 50% of the capitals 5 star hotel.

::Have had an excellent working relationship with the hotel during the time it was the Nicosia Hilton and continue to do so under the new ownership. 21 years we were the main attraction in the lobby bar area providing our fun casino night. Also providing entertainment for many of the top companies on the island.

::This is a beautiful property with tremendous staff. They were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The pool is awesome and the food is also excellent. There is also a great gym in the lower level.

::I’ll make this short and to the point. Excellent location. Lovely lobby. Average-good customer service. However, the rooms are EXTREMELY OUTDATED, OLD and need to be renovated completely starting yesterday!

::This is one of the best managed Hilton from all I yet visited. I come here for business purposes. Hospitality is on very high level. Friendly and helpful staff. You get a welcoming postcard in the room at all times. They make you feel as much comfortable as could be away from home. And this is indeed the motto they use "...Your home away from home". And that feels true. The lady who's arranging those cards was even coming to say hello and couple of warm words to each person during breakfast. That was not too usual to experience. They also surprised me a bit presenting a small gift of fine green tea, as they said "to enjoy with family" , and that was nice. Rooms are very clean and well equipped. Although the hotel is quite old and one might think that needs some refurbishment, but very well maintained, all is in order and working. Really enjoying this particular Hilton.
