::Not sure why the reviews are so bad. I often have to collect my packages here and it is super smooth and quick. The service does seem nice to me as well, and I am not a local. Sure, delivery time and customs do take long but that's not the post office fault. Anyway, order with DHL Express and you will have 4,5 days delivery guys.
