  Not very organised stuff going missing and claims to having delivered at stupid times i. e 4.54 am always royal mail Since this post I emailed them and told them how poor the service was Since then I can't fault them the post man knocks our door with bigger parcels, the service is as it should be

  Posted a letter by Express Mail from Pathos post office to Murcia, Spain on 7 January 2019. 8 days later, it still has not been received.

  Waiting international letter became nightmare!!! 1 week in Larnaca for custom clearance ??!? Since my letter is certified and tracked I have full information from US postal service via emails and text messages! Top of the cake was that the letter is finally in Paphos at 11.47 a.m. and we were advised to pick up that actually never happened even that is Friday and next 2 days are off! Lazy and incompetent job!!!

  teribble!!!!they open items on the front of everybody ..no privacy and no asking if they even can..very unfriendly people is working there and u have to pay also fee 19% cyprus VAT..if u buy something worth more than 17.95 u have to pay that fee..opening late and closing more soon then shoud be,but every body have they time for coffe and private phone calls and u are waiting there,,,,and waiting...21 century???
