  I had hurt my ear and was in a lot of pain. The doctor looked for a few seconds and told me there was nothing wrong, just ear wax and told me to take pain killers. I tried to explain how much pain I was in and she insisted there was nothing wrong. Knowing this was not true, I visited another clinic where they correctly diagnosed me. There was no ear wax and they found a hole in my ear drum.

  Needed covid certificate to fly back to UK. Was in and out in 10 mins. A quick swab of the nostril and was given the certificate. Whether it was done properly or not as others have said, who cares - you get a negative covid test certificate to fly back! They did suggest I do the €40 one, however, the €10 rapid test is accepted for travelling to UK.

  13/8/2021 PCR test not done properly just tickled the inside of my nostril for a second It should be as far up the nose as possible. Then just touched the back of my throat no where near my tonsils and not long enough to even moisten the swab. No form to fill out or sign to give your details or consent. They clearly are not trained or are told to do that way so all tourists test negative? That test was so dry it would of been a void result so are they even testing. Then they put the fear of God into me by saying they had lost my test . One hour later it was found.

  This is a private hospital no doubt. Initial consultation is €70 then andy other treatment will be on top, plus of course the cost of medications. Overall the reception and service levels are good, fast and there is a good level of empathy. There are cheaper Clinics and Hospitals, but this is a must visit if you want some decent treatment.
