  Dear Cyprus IVF Hospital team, As german nationals, after visiting numerous IVF clinics/hospitals, we had ICSI treatments a total amount of eighteen times in Germany with no success. Logically and despite the fact that we were treated well from our German IVF clinic, we were on the verge of financial and emotional ruin. We were just about to cease any further IVF treatments. However, we decided to have our last final attempt at your Hospital. This meant that we unfortunately placed our last amd final hope in the hands of your Hospital. What was so important and imprssed us, was after years of family planning, our initial contact with your professional team Starting with Nevzat, Yeliz and Gökhan. We were amazed how much loving care we received from your hospital, especially from Tina and Esra, which helped us to put aside our previous years of problems. It was so reassuring for us that each team member of Dr.Serap even the Drivers, did all they could to give and treat us in a special and personal way as if we were their only Patients. They had solutions to all of our queries, doubts and requirements. We were Satisfied with all our medical queries, price transparency, hotel booking, pick-up service from airport to the hospital. Also one of the upmost Importance with the Cyprus IVF Hospital system was the Setting up of a whatsapps group and continuous e - mail contact. logically, our anxieties after eighteen ICSI and dealing with the preparation and documentations from such a distance from Germany to Cyprus was not easy. But your team impressed us that our messages and e-mails queries were always, immediately responded to with Solutions. Another important point was that your support continued even after the treatment was completed . After all the empathy, care and support from your hospital and together with our fear, hard work, patience and with the help of god, we are proud to announce we are expecting TWINS. We can highly recommend the IVF Cypress under the leadership of Mr Nevzat and Yeliz to anyone who is seeking to conceive a child. Their success rate speaks louder than our written words and that shows they really do make dreams come true. Thank you very much.

  From the start, we have been guided and supported by our coordinator Yeliz at Cyprus IVF Hospital . Yeliz and the team at the hospital have been very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and informative. After our initial consultation, we were given several options to choose from, and any questions (even the random ones) were answered quickly on a group WhatsApp chat or by email. The hospital helped arrange our travel, accommodation and transfers from the airport/hotel to the hospital. We would definitely recommend staying at The Arkin Palm Beach. Once at the hospital, all the staff were friendly, professional and made us immediately feel as ease. The hospital itself was clean, modern and well equipped. The staff gave us regular updates as our embryos were created and developing, and the transfer process was straight forward and not frightening like we expected. Since returning from Cyprus, Yeliz and the staff have kept in touch and we are thrilled to say, after our first round of IVF, we are expecting twins with a big thanks to everyone at Cyprus IVF Hospital.

  Nev, yeliz and the team have been amazing and so accommodating. Was nervous about using a clinic abroad but they made me feel at home from start to finish. Will hopefully be heading out to do more IVF in the near future Thanks again team you have been amazing

  Great experiences from the start to the end! We feel quite relax during the whole process. Doctor, coordinators, nurses and manager are all well qualified. They always listen and understand what we need, and work with us to achieve the best. All the staffs are super friendly and helpful, and I would also like to give big applause to the drivers. They are part of the team and play essential roles as well. We always had interesting chats with them… good restaurants, North Cyprus cultures, sightseeings etc. It feels like we were on holiday instead of coming for the treatment. (We had bad and stressful experience before, it was awful. So we truly understand how important the good mood would be, especially after taking medications and changes of hormones levels.) My partner just had her embryo transferred today. Although there will be twelve days waiting time for the result, we still would like to take this opportunity to say big thanks to all of staffs, really appreciate everyone’s efforts. Fingers crossed 🤞

  Our experience at Cyprus IVF Hospital was amazing from start to finish. The care we received was detailed, personalised and our personal circumstances considered. The were full of empathy, supportive and always went the extra mile in order to accommodate our needs. They helped with everything including travel and hotel arrangements. Our messages were always responded too immediately and the team felt very much like family by the end of our successful treatment. For them it wasn’t about the money but successful results which was very reassuring. We would highly recommend Dr Serap and the team to anyone who is seeking to have beautiful children as they really do make dreams come true!
