  Unbelievable requests of documentation just to open a personal account, never seen anything like that anywhere in the world. I am quite sure they do not even respect the EU regulation in matter of onboarding procedure. Avoid at all costs.

  I came in to open a student account after confirming what documents I needed on the phone with head office. The 'lady' who served me was unnecessarily rude and dismissive from the start. Then when it came to handing over the documents, they asked for two more which I was told by head office both before and after I went in was not needed. Why are your employees so rude??
