  Impossible to contact personal advisor because calls were cut off. Bank staff give help somewhat brusquely .

  You cannot complain about the service - there is not any. Ten phone calls to personal advisor not one answered. Phone call to bank cannot help was to ring 800 00 800. Result ring your personal advisor 26167037 from whom we receive no response. Round and round the Mulberry Bush meanwhile the error not resolved.

  Rang to speak to a particular member of staff, there was no reply for ages then it went to engaged and stayed that way for the rest of the day. It was obvious that they took the phone of the receiver.

  Very poor - the Relationship Officer, who is supposed to look after you, doesn't respond to emails or follow through on requests. Then they manage to mislay my money & still won't respond to emails or tell me where the money is!!
