::We visited this branch yesterday. We waited around 20 minutes to be served by the front desk. A person at the front desk referred us to a person at the back desk. The person at the back desk told us to wait and that she would come back. We waited another 20 minutes. When she arrived, she told us that she couldn't serve us, because she was too busy. She had other work to do. I can't understand this. If the bank is still open to customers, you have to serve people. You can't just deny serving customers because you are too busy. If you want to do that, then close the bank, so customers can go to another branch, or at least coordinate better and don't ask us to wait. What a waste of time. They assume that the customers are never busy and that wasting our time is fine, but their time is too valuable.

::ATM stole my card. Waited 30 mins after putting card inside. ATM broke and stole my card. And now they are saying that can’t return card back because my name is not on the card, but it is in my bank app and I can prove that it is mine. Not recommends, worst service ever.

::The only (working) ATM I could find, that is legit and where I withdrawaled EUR from my Revolut account without any fees. Such a relief!

::The most pathetic Bank in Cyprus I inherited money which they will not release even though i gave them proof of documents that im a beneficiary they made me cry
