  Slowest and worst service. I go every month and every single time I had to spend 1h on the line for the cashier to finish. Only one cashier makes the clients life very difficult. A very good reason not to choose astrobank

  Very very poor service . Only one cashier and lot s of customers this is not European bank

  10 people working in the bank and only 1 at the till. Working like a snail and people ringing her from other branches and she stops to help them in the middle of helping the customer in front of her. Unacceptable. And 7 people in the line. Takes her 5 to 7 mins per client. Unacceptable. Update: what a generic ignorant reply. And 2 weeks later again the same situation. Had to wait for 30 mins on the line and not even one person got up to help the cashier who was all alone again
