  Walk in with very bad earwax problem 20% hearing in one ear was ruining my very expensive holiday send straight away initial consultatation and syringe treatment all in 80 euros very slick and professional service and good value for money. Nice doctor and reception.

  The receptionist told nothing about prices of consultation and etc. The doctor was fine and did everything that was needed (did an examination, gave a recipe and recommendations). But after that I was charged a lot, was confused and paid as much as asked. Came back later and demanded a partial refund, because the price was three times higher than usual. I was told that this is because I have insurance and that's how it works, that I can come back for a free secondary consultation if I want and that's why the price is so high. And that it's my fault that I didn't mind the price earlier and didn't ask why. The lady was screaming all the time, constantly interrupted me, was very unfriendly and blamed me for everything. Very unprofessional service. In the end they did the partial refund and told me that it's an exception just because I'm so persistent. Not my best experience I'd say. Doctor 5 stars, receptionist lady 2 stars.

  We had PCR tests today. Appointment for 11 30 am. Results back at 7pm. They also telephoned to confirm. We also had Covid vaccines there too a week ago. An all round excellent experience. Receptionist is English, very knowledge and extremley efficient.

  I do not recommend at all. I booked an appointment with a dr, payed in advance (60 euro) and when I went to Harbour Medical the place was all closed and no one answered when I called. I waited outside for about 15 min before I gave up. I highly recommend to consider other alternatives.

  Would highly recommend this medical practice if you're unfortunate to need medical assistance on holiday in Paphos area. Easy to find, very clean, well managed and a highly professional approach on all levels, also very friendly and supportive when dealing with insurance etc. Would just like to publicly thank both the reception staff and both the Dr's that I unfortunately had to visit 3 times during my stay in Paphos! Thank you for your kindness and compassion.. Oh and thanks for the advice on bug spray for my clothes!
