::Horrible experience. Went to do blood test with my elderly father (82 with arthritis). They took the blood( painfully). Called in the evening saying they need more. Claiming this is a standard practice to make you come several times, they did not forget to take more...it just the machines are different. But this is not the main part. We came next day ( plus added some additional tests) as they still will be taking blood again. Then the horror started. 1) Nurse came straight from her car outside, did not wash her hands. I asked to at least wear gloves. She still took them off while trying to take the blood 2) She could not find a vein or something.. next thing I see, blood fountain coming from his arm to the chair. 3) She tried to stop it, napkin falls on the floor. Nurse pick it up and PUT ON the wound directly. I asked "What the hell are you doing???", her reply " That's ok" As a result, my father terrified, exhausted with 2 days torture... Hope he did not get infection. Went to other clinic, they did it in 2 min, no pain. Avoid this place, I am meanwhile checking how to do official complain to Gesy

::Absolutely brilliant. I called in looking to see a doctor as soon as possible after being given the wrong antibiotics and wrongly diagnosed back in the UK. The doctor here was great, bearing in mind it was a Saturday morning I was seen immediately. The doctor informed me that it was not cellulitis causing my problem. That it was in fact an abscess. He quickly drained the abscess and prescribed me the correct antibiotics. Fantastic service, the doctor is my hero

::Partner had swimear and an infection which we thought was an allergic reaction. Dr Gianni's was wonderfull. He took time to listen and diagnosed the problems and issued prescription. We returned a few days later for him to check progress. 1st class service, honest, friendly Doctor would highly recommend. Definitely felt we had value for money. Excellent English language skills he even cracks joke's.
