::Very poor customer service. Very VERY slow. Staff are ALL miserable. Not even one was smiling and made us feel very unwelcome. They don't know their job properly. Cashier had to ask 3 people for a simple question and still didn't give a satisfactory respond. The woman at the back put other people in front of us twice had as waiting for 20 mins and we just got upset and left to go to another branch!

::Service here is very slow I’m in the line of 6 customers and 3 tellers waiting My turn to twenty minutes, there is a place of another teller but it is just closed, even-though there is a line of 11 people. This is not a first time experience. I would recommend different branch or bank.
