::The manager should definitely reconsider her behavior with customer service skills. Perhaps it’s time she changes her profession. Her unprofessional way of dealing with customers gives Astro Bank a bad name. She refuses to give any services to expats. Perhaps higher management can retrain her.

::If I could give them a zero, gladly would. The worst customer service, across the board. Extremely unfriendly, the manager is unprofessional, told me it’s not her problem that my branch (Strovolou) is closed and she refused to help me. I should wait till my branch opens (due to covid) and go resolve my issues there. Unbelievable. Astro Bank will not have me as a customer, and the xenophobic trend they promote is unacceptable!
