  Their systems are old and inefficient! You cannot pay your credit card in the ATM with your card!!! Unbelievable in 2022!!!

  One month ago I lost my bank card and reordered a new one. Since then after several calls and a visit to this branch I still do not have a card. They promissed to call me but never did. This is a second time I have a terrible service from this branch. Never recommend again to anyone.

  I was at the Paralimni store today 21/10/2021 wanting to open a payroll account, the employee was disgusting and told me that if I don't have a water, electricity, phone account, absolutely nothing is possible! may the employees of alphabank who served me flawlessly be well!
