::Apart from the long wait and communication issues most of the time if you speak English only but eventually someone will help It's a great bank. They do MoneyGram but has no authority over your transaction if there is any complications, so be careful when receiving money with MoneyGram. You can easily activate your student ID with them after picking it up through the mobile app or online. If you require further assistance with your card please call the numbers on the card and follow the voice prompt. The students ID's are Visa Cards with 5 year validaty period and KoopBank atm support both cash deposit and withdraw. For missing cards please report to bank immediately within their working hours or call them. Wheelchair ramp available at the entrance.
