::They sent me an email last year in 2021 with the charges and that if I don't agree to reply to close the account. and that's how it happened . after a few days an employee picked me up and told me that when the papers are ready they will inform me to go through the bank. Of course no one called me and I went to another job yesterday and asked what was happening with the account and it was still active. They asked me to pay a small amount to close it, not even an apology for the mistake or anything, the clerk at the cash desk was indifferent, not even paying attention to what I had told him except to close the account and finish it so I could leave, he was It's like I'm talking to the wall, I guess that's how they train them. I start closing the account. 30 minutes later the process still hasn't progressed and he told me if I should leave and send me the forms by email. That's all. No cooperation with this bank again.
