  They will not give you your deposit at the end of the contract, they will hang on you the jambs that were before you in order to keep your deposit and make repairs at your expense. Be sure to take photos before entering and contact the court. They don't answer you after you check out! P.s. Very noisy neighbors on all floors throw parties. I highly do not recommend!
