  Excellent location (center, close to the sea, park, promenade). A bit noisy though, close to main streets.

  The apartment is in a good location, with easy access outside the city. The promenade and the harbor are also quickly reachable. Parking is in front of the block. The apartment can hear street traffic, so for people who need silence, it will be too noisy here. The downside is the neighbors who throw garbage out of the windows and the front door that jams and is difficult to open.

  Nice flat. The buliding is old and entrance dont look good. Very nicr landlords good service
