  This hotel is the ideal location for ski enthusiasts, being 5 minutes from the slopes and situated in the Troodos mountains, one hour and fifteen minutes from Nicosia's downtown. The ideal escape from the city to experience the tranquility of the highlands. We stayed in a roomy, spotless room. The furnishings are somewhat dated. It features standard amenities like wifi, a TV, a refrigerator, and a hairdryer. They were quite accommodating when we requested a delay in check-out, since we went skiing. Our lodging includes breakfast, which was quite minimal. We tried their restaurant for lunch and dinner. Some dishes were tasty and some were average. The portions are large. What we loved: + goat cheese salad +chicken soup Average platters: -Beef burger -Salmon fillet -Ravioli +the service was good at the restaurant and hotel + the restaurant's fireplace added to the ambiance. The hotel has a spa but we didn’t have time to check it out In general, we loved the place, and would go back again Overall experience: 7/10

  It’s was terrible, the prices for Roos are too big for what they offer. The don’t heat the rooms even if outside are -4 degrees. We went there this week and they don’t have hot water in the bathroom, they don’t try too heat the rooms . In the restaurant also is extremely cold. even if they have a fireplace is worthless. The food it’s coming cold. The experience it’s awfull . Don’t go there!

  Room:Cost us 140 euro for a night,room was just all right but definitely not worth for the price and without TV remote control, called up reception twice,got the answer : Where am I going to find the remote for you? Then receipts hand up the phone, we were very surprised with the service here. Restaurant: Dine in at the restaurant,the food quality is really average even below, we ordered the local meal just to be safe but was disappointed,the lamb/chicken tested tough and hard to chew,on the menu it states serve fresh meat,I really put a question to it? Spa:we went to hammam, cost €30 /1 hour, called up reception before we go, asking if there is towels at the spa, they said they don't know? Ok,fine,when we went, there is no private change room and no towel offered!! After the hammam, we have to ask even insist the spa lady to provide us the towels to dry and cover the wet body, and the lady is tracing us to the elevator wanting to take the towel back which is wearing on us! This is insane, terrible service, we were cold out there and she wants to take the towel back, for what? The price we paid for not worth to be offer a towel?! We end up paid double price for the room/ hammam/dinner and 3 bottles of water for one night with unpleasant service and shocking experience. I would recommend buy necessary supplies from the supermarket before you head to troodos mountain spa hotel,dine out with outside restaurants would be the best choice and spa,I would say forget it,rather pay in the proper spa facility to enjoy the better service.

  Great place. Clean and beautiful. In the center of cute mountain town. Average service, average rooms quality, average food. The personnel is very rude. There is a pretty good open kids square right over the street. Many interesting events to waste your time. The view from the windows is amazingly awesome: if you are lucky enough to get the eastern side rooms.

  Tried to take a shower with no hot water. Restaurant haf amazing walters. Anna, Sylvester and Collin was the best experience. Food was very average and we find for Cyprus to expensive. Lams slank was dry with some patatjes that was not freshly prepare. Tastwd like it was microwaved. Meat was dry and not enough sauce. Salad was average. The wine was great and the atmosphere was casual and friendly with a great fireplace. Spa was cold and mouldy on the other hand a great massage. Just missed heating and atmosphere. I could ere a cell phone while having a massage, door was open so that she could assist people coming in while I had my massage. Sorry but the spa is terrible, therapist was great.
