  We have Been there for the New year Gala Dinner. the set up of the tables was marvelous, very "chic". The menu was rich, the food was testy, very well cooked. It included a spinach and cauliflower cream soup, Greek salad, 3 options of main course dessert.

  Really an amazing hotel, I stayed there for two nights, welcoming staff, very comfortable beds and very nice rooms with Jacuzzi. Breakfast is nice

  Check in on a Friday during winter - room was absolutely freezing. Had paid for junior suite so there was fireplace but wood was extra 10 euros which felt like you were getting nickel and dimed. Even with fire and split unit room couldn’t warm up. They did accommodate us and change the room after we complained but not a good first impression. Hotel is tired. The bones for a lovely place are there but it is clear management aren’t reinvesting in hotel - leaking faucet on bathroom sink, no slippers robes etc provided and towels small old and greyed - did not give the feeling of being pampered. No attempt to just add that special touch to your stay. Positives - Maria the receptionist/bar maid was lovely and Massage was lovely.

  And that star goes to the amazing chef, the management where so rude. We called 4 weeks in advance and asked if vegan options were available at all meals and we were assured that it was. When we got there, there was no food and the chef hadn't been told. When we expressed our disappointment we didn't even get an apology or an offer in exchange. They did not care at all and acted like we were just a nuisance it was very upsetting. The chef went above and beyond and created miracles.. A really gem

  The rooms and spa facilities were very clean, spacious and nicely decorated! The bed and pillows are very comfortable. (Attention: bring an eye mask if you are sensitive to daylight as there are no darkening curtains in the entire room). All the rooms have either jacuzzi or raining shower or both (depending if you get suite or standard room). The village as well as the hotel are very peaceful which makes it ideal for relaxation and recovery from stress and work. The room prices as well as the spa prices are very reasonable for such a hotel. The breakfast offers all essentials and there are plenty of choices in the dinner menu as well. Strongly recommended for solo travellers, couples, hen's parties (for relaxation) or friends looking for relaxing. All health and safety measures were taken for us to enjoy a pleasant holiday.
