::We went back to Cyprus to celebrate our First wedding anniversary as we got married there on the beach last year. The Grand Resort was a great place to stay and the staff was tremendous. The surprise for my wife on our wedding day has been complemented by the hotel and my wife was overwhelmed. The hotel is only 20 minutes from Limassol city center by Taxi but be aware of massive traffic jams in the evening Hours, better go in the morning and come back before 6pm. Overall a nice holiday.

::The hotel as such is old and not up to date anymore: bathrooms are at least 20 years old with little done in the meantime, the windows don‘t close properly. The personnel is not able to provide the least customer service: Please be aware that any time any hotel next door can do an outdoor concert until after midnight in a volume that no child can sleep (out‘s were waking up even!!) The personnel of the hotel argues: we cannot do anything about it, it‘s from another hotel…. Asking for a refund for that night resulted in no commitment, not even from the manager on duty: customer service at its worst!!! … So if you want calm nights and make sure your child can sleep, don‘t stay in this definitely not so grand resort! There are much better ones!

::The best part of the hotel is the big pool and beach with beds and umbrellas. The rooms are very simple yet large and the breakfast is medium. It's very far from the old city where all the great taverns and bars are. The service is ok and they have a nice piano bar and shusi place and very good spa.

::More like a glorified 4* rather than a 5* hotel. Definitely overpriced and outdated! On the contrary, the overwhelming efforts of the staff hugely contributed to a very pleasant 1-night stay; kids had a blast! Rooms are quite spacious, common areas are clean and the food is surprisingly good - kudos to the Aloha restaurant serving delicious food at reasonable prices. Concluding, I feel that once renovated, and it freshens up, the hotel will be right back on track to support its 5* status.

::This hotel is beautiful and very clean . But my favourite part of it was Kids Animation Team . My little daughter had a great time dancing by the pool, playing in activity room fully equipped with games and toys! I could easily relax while she was playing. Big “thank you “ to Animation girls team ! Great job !!! Adrianna
