Situated by a creek you can enjoy it’s serenity when it’s not packed and crowded. You can enjoy a basic coffee and some traditional sweets in the morning. At lunch it gets very busy on weekends … like all place in Platres. Food is very basic with limited options for side dishes. No jacket potatoes, no boiled vegetables either. But the rest is ok. For deserts which are included in your lunch meal, your chooses are restricted in a very very basic table of few fruit and sweets, of a very basic quality. Service is quick and staff is friendly and polite.

The restaurant has a chill vibe. As part of our tour, they provided halloumi and grapes on the house which were very good. We also got spicy chicken wings as starters and fresh chicken with chips. The starter was good, however the fresh chicken with chips wasn’t the best. Servings are, however generous.

The food was incredibly delicious: we started our meal with an halloumi tasting, had fresh trout for our mains and all desserts are free here. The staff were friendly, the food was reasonably priced and we didn't have to wait long for our food at all. We came here as a stop on a day trip tour and were not dissapointed. It was very flavourful and we really enjoyed our experience here.

Great restaurant just around the corner of the start of the trail. Didn't go to the bathroom myself but did hear that they weren't that great. Overall delicious food.

Very disappointed. As we were approaching the restaurant, we met an Israeli couple who asked us about its prices and quality. We recommended it because we had been here before (2 years ago) and we were very happy. But then we sat at the restaurant and ordered: the tzatziki was at least 1 day old and smelled bad, the tirokafteri was tasteless and dull, one knife was dirty. And finally: my beer came with a dead creature in it, about an inch long (see the photos). The waitress was polite but the female owner was very annoying because, instead of apologizing, she tried to convince us that "it's straight from nature, nothing wrong with the beer"!!! If you have no high standards for food, you may visit this, totally touristic and rather expensive for its quality, restaurant. Otherwise please avoid it. Go to a place in Platres or Troodos instead.
