::I ordered 2 pizzas and a salad at 7.40pm on a Tuesday night and asked for it to be delivered at 8.15. By 8.50 there was no sign of the delivery and nobody would pick up the phone. After much deliberation I got in the car and drove to our local store in Deftera to find out what had happened to my order. The store was in total chaos, the manager didn't even bother to acknowledge my presence, nobody knew where my order was and the delivery man wasn't answering his phone. An absolute mess in every aspect. At 9.00, my daughter called to say the pizza had arrived at home and, while I was assured that there would be no charge, the delivery driver was paid in full for the order. Needless to say thatthe pizza was cold and dry by then.I won't be using Pizza hut again. A disgrace. 😡
