::Pros - great food - great drinks - really nice hotel manager and barman - adults only drinks service was wonderful Cons - yellow water running in our room. We were told to just run it until it was clear the first two times we raised it. - incredibly rude spa staff who messed up our booking twice and shortened our slot without telling us. The facilities smell too. - really noisy in the evening if you are staying in the main hotel (one of our party was) - doesn’t feel 5 star - some areas really run down including one of the adults only area

::Stayed at this wonderful hotel last week. The staff are amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels replaced daily too , there was even a turn down service and a cheeky chocolate on my pillow. Food outlets were amazing and lots of options to choose from. Staff in the outlets even remembered you as they all work in various restaurants within the hotel. If you want a wonderful holiday that you will remember then choose this hotel, its amazing ! Well done Olympic Ayia Napa , I'm not easily pleased but you were spot on ! I will be back soon x PS. What a wedding venue too , Jodie and her team make dreams come true and the venues are truly wonderful.

::Location was great- we didn’t leave for a week! The food is of a really high standard (the Seven Orchids pan Asian is particularly good!), the staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are big, modern, clean and comfortable. There is NOTHING to complain about here. I would be remiss to not mention a few absolute standout staff. Andrea (breakfast / The Great’s) is a hoot, helpful and deliciously friendly. Utterly excellent. Scottish Scott at the bar, Jose in the Asian. All fabulous. This is not to say anyone is less than great. These guys just stood out a bit! Had a lovely stay. Thank you.

::We stayed at the hotel at the end of September in their Family Junior Suite with a privet garden and pool view. The room was very clean and big. They clean the room daily, change the towels and bring a bottle of water. There are a few pools in the hotel, including an indoor pool (also available for kids). There is also a kids' pool with a pirate ship and slides. The food is great. you can book dinner in one of the hotel's restaurants (free if you book all-inclusive) and the food there is also very good! They also have a 'lazy river which is a great attraction for the kids. There is an excellent Entertainment Staff that arranges activities during the day, and every night a different show (shows were amazing!). There are also a kids club and teen club, plus Babysitter for 0-3 kids. Our kids didn't want to leave the kids club. They had different activities between 10:00 in the morning and 23:00! This was our first time in this hotel, but for sure we will come back!

::OMG!!!! Nothing but amazing things to say about this hotel. As we arrived we all said “wow!” And carried on throughout the week! It is absolutely beautiful. Very peaceful sun beds are allocated and not busy. The pools were nearly empty everyday. The staff are fantastic the service was beyond expectations. The entertainment is awesome!!! I really think it would be hard to find a hotel better than this. If you plan to go to Cyprus I’d really urge you to stay here! You won’t be disappointed.
