  Attentive and friendly staff, fantastic pool and pool bar, clean modern rooms, food was fantastic with generous portions, can’t wait to go back this year!

  Good location. Just a short walk to the beautiful beach. Pleasant waiters. Pool and palm trees in the yard. There is also a food place on site. Other different food places and a grocery store are also not far away.

  Everything about this place is 5 stars. I usually stay in all inclusive resorts but this time I rented a car and wanted to explore. Loutsiana covered all our needs. My toddler loved the pool n staff was so nice to him. Breakfast was very good, food from the menu also. Rooms are large and modern, staff was polite and friendly, location close to the best beaches: macronnosis, landa and nissi. Apartments are not in city centre but I would take it as a plus as its so quiet at night There is a bus stop outside to visit beaches and Ayia Napa. They have 2 swimming pools, a playground for children and grass area with palms with sunloungers There is BBQ night with a show on Saturday which we enjoyed. I met many returning guests and I am sure if we decide to visit again , I would be booking Loutsiana without doubt.

  Went here for the first time in a good 17 years back in July and to see how much this has changed was amazing. Came with my husband and two children 6 & 2 and also my parents stayed. The customer service was amazing from breakfast through to dinner Sofia name friends with my little girl Sofia. The owners son behind the bar was lovely welcoming and knowledgeable when asked about local areas. Had time to speak to the children and interact. Will be coming again. My only down fall was in our family room the kitchen didn’t have a blind so all the light come in. (Please get one it is the side to cosmenelia ground floor first building on the end where you can cut through where the water fountain pool end I think was 206

  Stayed here for a week absolutely lovely place. Friends and kind staff happy to help and will help you out here on your holiday. Food is very nice and reasonably priced. Its very quiet in this part compared to the town so if your looking for somewhere peaceful and relaxing this is the hotel. Would definitely come back to this part of the island again 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
