  I don't know why only 2.3 star the ladies there are very nice one time I went there (wrong post office) and they explained me how yo go to another post office.

  Friendly staff, absolutely useless Cyprus Post service. Repeatedly have to deal with the same exact issues. Small parcel (letter) supposed to arrive in 3-6 business days from Germany by air mail. Cyprus post reality: 18 days to get from Germany to Larnaca airport, 9 days to clear customs, 2 days to get from Larnaca to Limassol, 5+ days to get delivered in Limassol (still waiting, last delivery took 14 days within Limassol). If you call the number to ask where is my item, "eh my friend, you have to wait for the system. We don't know anything, check next week". Next week you call and it's the same story, check "next week". Once the tracking updates and says "pick up the item from DPO", it doesn't actually mean that. Instead it "usually means that" wait for the postman to fail to deliver and leave you a note... When you actually drive to the DPO, they say, "it's not DPO you need to go to, try your local branch"... If you try to complain, they do nothing and refuse to start an investigation into the lost item even if it's 4x overdue.

  I ordered something from the China, the box was delivered 1 month ago, i didnt receive a text and when i came to the post office they didnt even want to look for it. When i asked to look for it, the answer was "we not gonna look everywhere". Very disappointing

  Small post office just in the old town. Pretty good service, never had problems here. Staff is supportive. It is a bit worn out as all government offices on Cyprus.

  I ordered something from the UK as registered post. Within 48hours got to Cyprus. From Larnaca to my place couldn't make it in 6 days. The central post office said that my local post office has it. Well they didn't. Seems like the postman picked it up from Limassol Central Post office and took it home as my package is not in the Central post office and neither in my local. But on the tracking said they tried to deliver it 2 days ago. Lazy, unorganised, ridiculous institute.
