::Woman there extremely rude!!!! Package from the US takes 7 days to arrive to Cyprus, it’s been 10 days already and haven’t received a notification!!! Even though in the system it says that i have been notified!!!! Called the main postal service, they said Kapsalos didn’t assign a reference number yet and to call them!!!!! When i did call, this woman was extremely rude, lack of customer service, manners and politeness!!!! Asked to call later as she’s very busy!!!! I’m wondering what is she doing there all this shift?! How long does it take to assign a number to a package?!?! If you’re very busy, get more help there and stop the chitchat between each other and do some work!!! We pay extra money to receive our things faster and not for you to keep it in your possession for a much longer period than the shipping from abroad!!!! Things get ruined and damaged!!! One more thing, discrimination is ruining this country more and more because of such people!!!!!

::The woman who works there is extremely rude. And doesnt want to help out with anything. And many people who has been here says the same,she should be more polite and be willing to help even if the person is not sure if there package has been sent there. Many of us are looking for our packages and she is just not willing to help at all and she mostly replies with irony to any questions. This was not only a one time experience but i have been in this post office many times.

::A post office is a post office wherever you go. What makes the difference is the service and I cannot rate the service here higher than a one star. And I only give one star because it is the post office. Each time I have gone in one of the workers is on her mobile on non-job related issues and complaining of how busy she is, whilst sitting, talking and ignoring customers. The other ignores you, looking over to the other on her mobile as if waiting for her to finish talking so she can do some work. And there's a guy in the background sorting packages, it seems. The whole is an image of unprofessionalism. I know individuals who would love that job and would pour their heart into it. On top of this my last package, business cards from vistaprint, was open with 25 cards missing! What are they going to do with them?! That is postal theft. I will be collecting a package today. Well see how the service goes. Review to follow. Edited: Following on from the above, the same woman was on her personal mobile in the back end of the "shop", the guy was having his meal siting in the back table. She saw me, stayed on the mobile forcing the guy to leave his food to serve me. I was in there for about 5 minutes. She was still on her mobile when I left. As for why my previous package was opened he could not say. They also have no authority to open packages. He did ask if something was missing. When I said yes he had nothing to say. Formal complaint to follow.
