  I opened an account in this branch of the Bank. Mrs. Paraskevi Efthymiou helped me with opening an account. I really enjoyed working with her. Everything was positive, and fast enough. I highly recommend this branch of the bank and Mrs. Paraskevi Efthymiou in particular.

  Banks are beurocratic, but if you have a fantastic person assisting you, then the process can be pleasant. Ms Paraskevi Efthymiou helped us open our account and working with her was an absolute pleasure. She is the epitome of brilliant customer service. 👏

  Closed my account without contacting me due to inactivity for a year. Then refused to reopen it without seeing my passport, that they had on record from when I opened my account in the first place. My passport was being renewed in the UK, took 3 months but that's another story.
