  the WORST bank customer "support". They never respond to their customer support call number, and they never call you back when. I waited for hours on hold, and decided to leave my number for them to call back; it's been almost one week, and still no reply. Stay away people, Bank of Cyprus is 100 times more reliable.

  Still working with paper. Processes take month and documents get lost "on the way". Just look in their office. You will see confidential customer documents spread everywhere open. I can not recommend this bank. Will use Revolut.
