  The hotel staff is very nice and kind. It was great to see the sea and the sunrise from the window. Breakfast is nice, but it's a bit difficult for vegans - no choice of vegetables (apart from cucumber, tomato and lettuce) and a lack of gluten free items. Our room had no power sockets by the bed, which mad it difficult to charge the phone during the night. Bathroom is simple, no magnifying mirror. We've been told that the refrigerator in the room, is not connected to the electricity, it just to maintain room temperature (nut sure if it's because we stayed in the winter, or if it's always like this) Regarding location, if you don't need to be near) in the city, and you have a car, then it's perfectly fine.

  Their service was excellent! However: - the room was not 100% clean because when being barefoot we felt floor full of dirt and sand. - food was okay but a bit poor. It could be much better especially for a 5 stars hotel. - please take into consideration the location: this hotel is in the middle of nowhere and you'll need to rely on buses or taxis at night

  Arrived for one night whilst I was I'm transit whilst the hotel staff were friendly very dissappointed in the hotel itself. Very dated, nit very clean and basic facilities for a 5 star rated hotel. The glasses in the room smelt very bad which led us to not wanting to dine in the hotel. Very dissappointed. Tv in room advertises cable TV. Everything written in russian. Staff did come to change these settings. Again staff friendly but I would say a 2 star rated hotel. Indoor pool and spa area smells very bad. Bathroom in the room the plug would not release the water so had to wait for maintenance to come to fix which delayed having a shower. Bed sheets had holes in. Feels like the room had not been cleaned in months and for our arrival. Staff did offer a room change later in the evening but due to tiredness declined. As I have previously said though Anastasia was very lovely and accommodating. Breakfast was very good!!

  Where to start. This is most definitely NOT a 5* hotel, no where near. It’s very tired and does not offer 5* facilities. We booked a room with a private hot tub for a long weekend in January whilst visiting my parents who live in Cyprus. Whilst the staff are friendly, the overall experience was very bad. Room was very tired and grubby. Huge cobweb on the lamp, and a very dirty shower head. The room was cleaned daily but the cobweb remained. Our balcony was never touched the whole time we were there meaning our ashtray was never emptied. The small sunshade covering on the balcony was filthy and the sofa there was also extremely old/grubby. The room was in need of a good refurb. We had to call one evening for toilet paper (shouldn’t have had to ask for it) and was told it would be sent to our room. 2 hours later, nothing. Had to call again. Towels were not changed one day and had to call and ask for those but the following day we spotted one of them was dirty. One evening we stopped for a drink in the hotel bar, with my wife ordering a standard Mojito. The barman made it completely wrong affecting the taste (of which my wife was a trained mixologist so knew it was made wrong). Upon checking out, there was a medium attempt at an apology with suggestions that the room probably needs refurbing (so why give us that room) but in January the hotel was not busy at all. I was asked if the management could contact me to follow up which I agreed and again, full of apologies and only an offer of a free upgrade if I visit again (which I def will not!). At over €200 per night in January, and the hotel claiming to be 5*, the over experience was definitely not 5* but 4* at absolute best. This is typical of many hotels in Cyprus. After I suggested a % of the bill should be refunded (allowing them to make an offer) as a result of these (and a few other issues) my emails were then ignored. Follow up emails were also ignored.

  Staying here on a pleasure trip. Its a great location. Staff are very friendly. Room service was top notch. Staff are there at your needs. Breakfast is continental with lots of options of food and drinks. We had a balcony room with side sea view. Twin bed is not good for couple but it was comfy. Room was getting tidied daily and restocked. They have spa. Indoor swimming pool. A large pool. Bar near the pool. Kids pool. Tennis court as well as kids play area. Seaside is amazing and you have activities to do if your interested at a cost but its cheap. I would recommend this hotel for family aswell as kids. They had a singer at night in the lounge area. Never went to explore the hotel but its worth it. Its at great location. We took bus 425 from Larnaca airport. There's lot of restaurant outside the hotel. Taxi service available outside. Car park facilities. Will be coming back when I have family now. Ayia Napa is 1hr away by bus.
