  A very decent and clean hotel to stay.. In my opinion is the best option if you want to stay in kakopetria since is the cleanest option

  We called today to make a reservation and clarify some stuff abut our stay and the man who answered the phone was one of the rudest and most unprofessional staff I have ever countered.If you can’t serve your clients and answer some basic questions politely then I cant even imagine even staying there and supporting such businesses. 0/5 so dissapointed because the area seems fantastic.

  My first time was when it was renovated back in 2013 and overall it was very good! I went back for a second visit in August 2020 and luckily we were given the same room as in 2013 (The MG suite). It seems like they don't look after the rooms a lot. 2 of the 4 bulbs of the light feature where blown out. The wallpaper behind the bed was hanging off the wall and part of the ceiling was stained due to a visible water leak from the floor above. The seal around the bathtub was cracked and needed to be renewed. I wanted to use the tub's jacuzzi feature but the drain plug was broken and it wouldn't shut properly. The shower tray had a hole on it as well. The breakfast was alright and all the staff was very polite and helpful!!

  The room had dust and the water in the bathroom was cold. Also, the swimming pool was available for the guests who had a 2+ days reservation, but it wasn't stated.

  Very nice and very clean. Especially the bathroom was modern, clean and more than l expected. Generally the room was worth of money, warm and efficient. I would recomment it and l would stay there when l visit again the area...
