::Extremely poor customer service by incompetent tellers and their dishonest supervisor. The tellers at this particular branch are inexperienced with very poor customer service. Their supervisor AYDIN BASOGLU is a very manipulative, greedy woman who would go to any length to mediate the exploitive financial practices of the bank, from lying to blaming you for both her bank's and her own greedy, unethical practices. Their system is not working, their response is "It's your fault!" The account has criminally low interest rate, AYDIN's and her simple-minded robotic tellers' response is "It's your fault! You have not checked on this account for a long time!" (which is about 4 years.) AYDIN BASOGLU takes your promising number a meeting with the director of the bank in the afternoon. No call or messages all day. AYDIN's response is "It's your fault! You could have called us yourself!" It's too hard to find adjectives to describe this woman. AYDIN's is a creature created to lie or defend her lies. If she utters anything, she alternates between lies and baseless defenses. Who wants their savings to be kept at the criminally low interest rate so that the bank will rob you of your money? This bank gives you 6 percent in the face of at least 99 percent of inflation greedily gaining most of the interest that you should get for your money. Avoid them at all cost!!!! I can say that the worst banks you can use in Cyprus. This branch is created by two uneducated teller officers and a lousy group like AYDIN BASOGLU, who absolutely does not care about the interests of the customer, and who, as a fraudulent and liar bank chief, made me feel angry and tortured by getting to know him.
