::Small hotel rooms. Cleaning was good. However the air conditioner didnt work and soundproofing is terrible. Almost every night people partied at hotel and noise was terrible. Pool bar is pricy.

::We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Loved the fact we could self cater if we wanted to. The rooms were clean but basic and we would've liked a double bed instead of two singles. Would definitely recommend it to everyone. The pools were lovely and the location was perfect easily get to another village by car or the centre by walk. We would go back there!

::I’ve been to Ayia Napa before in 2017, the resort has changed allot in this time I think for the worse, very money grabbing now. This hotel I expected it to be basic and it was very basic. For a young group of people looking for a cheap base camp this hotel is ideal, but if you enjoy any form of ‘luxury’ steer clear. Rooms reminded me of a locker room very smelly and humid. Bed was surprisingly comfortable, shower over bath very basic but worked fine, kitchen was well presented but old decor. My aircon did not work so I asked the hotel reception to fix it, they wrote it in their book but never fixed it. I think they treat all customers like this because they think they can get away with it because it’s a cheap hotel. Bar snacks were over priced for the quality and ingredients of them, €5 for cereal, €5 for an orange juice, €8.50 for chips sausage beans and eggs. Happy hour on the bar wasn’t happy it was €4 for 2 cocktails which weren’t that great. The staff were friendly enough but you could tell they were more interested in getting paid which I suppose is understandable but when it’s over priced it puts a bad taste in peoples mouths. The man on the reception desk I thought was quite rude and spoke to you as if you had paid for the holiday and they didn’t care anymore. Upon arrival our welcome from him involved a lecture about “do not do this, do not do that or we will fine you”, and was very much of the opinion that we had paid through Xpedia so if there were any problems it wasn’t their fault… I thought all this was a bit unnecessary. Pools were probably the best thing about this hotel they were nice to sit around but the music was pretty bad and annoying. Overall it is a 2 star hotel and you get what you pay for, I would just steer clear if your the type of person who cares about customer service and also expects a more comfortable accommodation. No issues checking out I thought they would try and play some sort of extra cost card for late check out or “damaging something in the room” like some of these places try and do but luckily they did not. It’s pretty well located to the strip and food places, and fairly quiet. I didn’t want to give such a low score but I just didn’t enjoy my stay here I am afraid, but yes I think the resort is pretty futile nowadays. Definitely not a family hotel avoid!!
