  Visited after a year from my previous visit and I was very disappointed. The room was not what I paid for. Asked reception to fix what's wrong , they took action that lasted 1 hour and things went back to level zero. Left after 3 nights and nothing was made. Reported when leaving hoping that they fix it so no one can have what I had

  Go for the Deluxe Suite-Room 308- has a wrap around balcony with such a view. Love the atmosphere and characteristics of the hotel. Would definitely classify as a boutique hotel. Downside pillows are lumpy but we rolled our blanket and use that since the temperature did not need a blanket- a sheet was sufficient. Smart TV personalized with your name and room number allows you to order room service as well. 7 am wake up call was the construction outside, so be mindful.

  Extremely nice ladies and men at the reception desk, bar, Restaurant, cleaning staff does excellent job too! Thank you for the recipes for the deserts!!!

  Clean hotel but very old fashion decorated, definitely needs renovation. Breakfast was the absolute necessary for a buffet in variety and quality.

  I stayed here for six nights, the room is very comfortable and cleaned every day. The staff were more than accommodating, and helped in every way they could including printing of boarding passes, ordering of taxis, giving directions, and making suggestions. I also had breakfast and an evening meal in the hotel on a few occasions. The breakfast was perfect, and fine. The evening meal was à la carte and very good
