::Zero attention to who the receiver of on an item. They received a package for receiver in Nicosia but strangely enough decided that they could give the registered parcel to a person in Larnaca. And of course like 99% of the public service here, it is impossible to be reached by phone

::Slow and inefficient. 3 members of staff serving 1 customer, despite long queue at peak time. Waited for one hour to get served. During that time mother with crying baby was left waiting in midday heat, with no special considerations being made. Some staff seems to require urgent IT training in order to fulfil their job. Shocking.
