::VERY unhelpful and miserable staff, they definitely need training in customer service as they have zero people skills! why don't you employ someone who would actually enjoy working with the public! think it's time i find another Post Office. UPDATE: I have found another Post Office! it's in Ypsonas, I've been a few times now and so far they've been a lot more helpful and friendly.
