  35€ for one large and one medium pizzas, expensive, tasteless and poor quality not the pizzahut I grew up with

  Ordered dinner at 8pm and it’s arrived at 9.50pm which is just ridiculous. If you are unable to process orders because you are overwhelmed then stop taking orders - it’s not that difficult! I would have been more than happy to order somewhere else and not wait almost 2 hours for dinner. Previous orders have arrived undercooked and cold.. I won’t be ordering again.

  the food was delayed by 15 minutes, the delivery guy couldn’t find the house and when he called and i gave instruction to him, he did the exact opposite and finally when we got the food it was cold and barely edible

  We have ordered today the party deal(5 pizzas) for my son's birthday. After a long wait the pizzas arrived at a hotrible condition 3 out of the 5 pizzas were inedible fotos attached. After talking with the customer service department they mentioned that they will replace the pizzas, meanwhile the kids arrived and the pizza was not there to be used for the party. Finally after another 45 minute wait the replacement pizzas arrived and 1 out of the 3 was again in a horrible condition, the pizza were send back along with 2 of the 3 initial (one was kept because i had nothing to present to mu guests). Calling the customer service again their suggested resolution was to send a replacement which based on the wait time will arrive after the party. In conclusion this was a terrible experience overall and i was left without the food i ordered for my guests. Let me be clear about this, it was not about the cost i want nothing for free. This has been the last time i ever order pizza hut.
