::Once ordered pizza’s were not delivered as per scheduled time. When we called the store they said that they were going to be there within 10 minutes. No Pizza arrived! Then called again and they apologised and said that it would arrive within the next 5 minutes. 20 minutes later the pizzas finally arrived, cold and to top it off their was human hair in the pizza! Never will we order from Pappa John Pizza again!

::The delivery charge is 1.50€ The delivery guy never called me when he arrived. He gave my pizza to another resident of the building to bring my order to my apartment. The order was already paid, so the other resident could simply take my pizza and leave.
