::Franco and I had our twins born on 26th October 2022. They are beautiful and healthy so far. We would like to thank you and ask you to and everyone who was involved in our care. Without your help we would never have had a chance to become parents. We are grateful for your support and amazing treatment we receive at your centre. Not only we have our babies but also our memories of good time spent in North Cyprus. I hope one day all four of us will visit it again

::We wholeheartedly recommend IVF treatments at the North Cyprus IVF Center. The hospital has a professional and friendly atmosphere. The treatment is always pleasant while taking into account the woman's feelings. We also want to specifically recommend Hana Shashaa, patient coordinator. Hana is always available to answer any question, by phone, email and WhatsApp. Hana always welcomes us with joy and a smile. Hana helped us with everything from providing information about the COVID restrictions to finding a taxi to the border crossing. To our great joy, now we can even report success because we got pregnant!! Many thanks to the whole team!!

::Stay away from this clinic if you can. I know that the coordinator Janine Oakman will respond with her perspective to the issue. All I need to say is that if you go with this clinic, pray that all goes well or else you’ll end up like me and you end up having to hire a lawyer. Thanks to the lawyer, the clinic along with the egg donor agency decided to settle. I do not recommend working with Janine at any cost if you can avoid. Response to the clinic’s response: You went ahead with the egg retrieval even though I declined to work with the egg donor. You still charged me for this procedure. You also overcharged me on the egg freezing even though it is the eggs of the agency and the settlement letter proves it. Finally, you charged me for the microchip, even though this is performed at the time of fertilization and not at time of freezing. Also, Janine is the clinic’s coordinator and she shared private conversation between her and myself to the egg donor agency even though I told her it was private.

::We have had 5 rounds of IVF treatment so would like to think we are fairly well prepared for what treatment is like and what to expect at this stage. Our 5th round of treatment with North Cyprus IVF Clinic, also known as Elite Surgical and Research Hospital took place in January 2019. We had agreed to have Tandem IVF with Cytoplasm Transfer. This clinic however made a mess of the treatment in that they were supposed to match me to an egg donor who had similar physical traits but they only matched to my blood group so we received half of the treatment we agreed. Despite repeated assurances provided by the clinic that all was ok with the donor we found out that there was a donor mismatch 13 days into ovarian stimulation which was also day 3 of our stay in the country. The International Coordinator who was key to arranging our treatment left the clinics employment with no or very little notice at Christmas time and the knowledge of our treatment plan seems to have gone with her. There are sunken costs, no matter what treatment was had, like; travel, medication, scans, and blood tests which were paid independently to the invoice the clinic gave us so all in all we are out of pocket by over £7000 (nearly Euro 8000) and had to leave Cyprus empty-handed and traumatized. Incredibly, the clinic has denied all knowledge of what was agreed despite it being on email and every attempt at pointing them to this information has failed. The clinic has instead offered to repeat the treatment if we fund our own travel back to Cyprus and pay Euro 4000 for another donor. They offered in their words “the perfect donor” this time and upon opening the profile, we noted she had blond hair, I have dark brown, when I raised this as an issue, I was told to stop splitting hairs. There were many other issues with the clinic as well like they froze my husband’s sperm without discussing the implications of this with us and then without a word a Euro 500 charge appeared for this. We disputed this and were told at one point it was a mistake and the charge should have been for embryo freezing and then a few days later it was for sperm freezing again. Other issues included quoting the price for the treatment in Euro’s so despite thinking this was odd given the clinics location we went along with it and when we got a bank statement noted that we had been charged in Turkish Lira, this meant the treatment ended up being £150 more. The guidance on costs for medication on their website is Euro 750 – 1500, the medicine I had dispensed from the only 1 company in the UK that will convert a Cypriot prescription to a UK one (it’s the law that it is converted) cost £1760 and I was charged a further Euro 280 for medication once in Cyprus. The pre treatment scans and bloods required prior to travelling to Cyprus are advised by the clinic as being Euro 350 – 400, the reality was nearly £700 in the clinic they recommended. We are beyond upset and cannot quite believe that a clinic would behave in such a negligent way. To make a mistake is one thing but to deliberately refuse to accept responsibility and resolve without asking those affected to pay all over again is no mistake.************************************************* My review has been responded to by a person whom I have never heard of and who claims that they wish I had raised this with the team before leaving my feedback. My records at the clinic should clearly show a number of emails where I have raised the concerns with the clinic over the last few weeks and have received the most unbelievable responses. There will also be evidence of emails where I ask for Tandem IVF Cytoplasmic Transfer and references to discussing this on the phone, the clinic has suggested in writing that I did not request it which is simply and factually untrue. ********************************************** I raised my feedback on email to Janine Oakman as suggested by the response to my review on the 3rd February, as at 11th February my email has not been acknowledged.

::My husband and I (from Australia) completed our fertility treatment in Cyprus at North Cyprus IVF and just found out today, it was a complete success and now have twins on the way. We are absolutely over the moon and cannot thank the doctors and staff enough for their professional service and knowledge and the prompt and caring correspondence from their international patient coordinator Fatos. We highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking fertility treatment and highly recommend the amazing attractions of Cyprus in the days between treatment.
