::Very nice staff, from receptionist to nurses and doctors always doing their best to help patients. The missing star is for the "cafeteria" which I know is nothing to do with the hospital but one of the girls working there gives a bad image and she is very very very rude, the one making coffee

::Great employee staff, very friendly, awesome team. Corridors and protocols with regards to checking in, payment and locating where to go could be easier especially post covid 19. For example: online check in and payment could be done ahead of time on a platform for the more tech savvy, this will cut down on lines and waiting time.

::Incredible setup. The doctors , the nurses, the whole staff do this job with great knowledge and compassion. Especially Dr. Pantelas and his team are always available and willing to face the most difficult cases upon the field of Oral and Maxillofacial surgery. This country should be proud of such a great Hospital setup.

::DO NOT COME HERE FOR EMERGENCIES •Severely understaffed, underfunded and uneducated. •Will refuse to help you in a life or death scenario. •You will be evaluated by a NURSE and NOT A DOCTOR until your turn comes to go in for an ACTUAL examination. •Waiting time for ANY type of emergency is a minimum of 3-4 hours that can be extended to 8 hours waiting time. •The severity of your emergency case DOES NOT MATTER, there is a line of who came first. •Nurse AND doctors are super racist and will treat POCS like dogs. •Nurses and doctors extremely rude yelling at patients in distress. •The waiting room is small with only a few limited seats, the rest can stand. •The waiting room is EXTREMELY cold at all times with the AC blowing on your head making all patients feel worse. •They will put you in the same room as potentially infectious people. •If it gets too crowded the security will kick out whoever is accompanying you. •Their system is extremely old-school, adding more waiting time to all patients.

::I called the receiption to ask if we still need rapid test before we enter the hospital. The receptionist was rude responding the simple question and closed the phone without even say a goodbye or something. So rude. His behaviour is so ugly and dirt the name of the public service of the Republic of Cyprus.
