  Very disapointed. I was in this shop to buy the capsels, I ordinary buy there , and I was ofended and injuried from another client , a man, and the sale person who was a woman didn‘t defended me, didn‘t take any decision to stop the agresive client and didn‘t excused to me. Now I was there again to buy the capsels, and the saleman, closes the shop 5 minutes erlier and didn‘t opened the door to attend me. It is a schame! I don‘t understand what a service is that. Horrible!

  Nespresso Boutique is a small and cute place where you can find multiple coffee choices, as well as machines or accessories (glasses, cups, etc). Luckily, if they are run out machines, you can find them in other places as they distribute to other shops (Public, Bionic...). Unfortunately, I haven't found a good coffee with flavour from Nespresso. Everything is black coffee with smell (no flavour). Staff is friendly and always helpful with your needs. If you want to order from the website, there is minimum order of 50 capsules, something that I don't like. I prefer to go to the shop and buy 10-20 capsules as per my needs.

  Excellent customer service from the guy who served us. Good selection of available coffee, apart from decaf lungo , but I got the espresso one instead

  Staff is very friendly and professional, always very helpful and competent about any questions that may arise. Always very positive. Coffee variety is huge.
