  Me and my husband didnt have a good experience here. We went to close our turkish lira credit card account and close our sterling account. The staff mistakenly informed me that I had a block (which was 15 times higher than my credit card limit!) on my sterling account and did not let me close my account and take out my pounds. When I told them that there is no block on my sterling account and asked them to check again, they were very rude and even smirked, saying that I can't have my money! This caused me to have a panic attack and I collapsed and needed medical attention and an ambulance trip to the hospital. Eventually, when I returned to the bank after being discharged from hospital, a very nice lady Hatice hanim sorted everything out. But I still dont why they insisted I had a block on my sterling account, nor do I understand the attitude of the staff members who first dealt with us today. They made a mistake but didn't even apologize. Just terrible.
