  I had stents put in by Dr Osman Beton who was excellent and very caring did have an episode with after care from staff. Only compliant I have is respect patients privacy and cover up when necessary instead of body being exposed

  My father passed away while he was hospitalised here. Abdurrahman Demirci was shockingly unprofessional and rude, shouting at people whose loved ones are in emergency care and getting annoyed when asked questions. In no way is this a “British” hospital. The only thing British is the cost. Kolan need to provide training to its staff and ensure doctors acquire essential skills needed for the job - empathy and communication.

  I would never go to this hospital again i would give it zero stars if i could we payed over a thousand lira yesterday to see a doctor and have tests done my wife is in pain and feels uncomfortable the doctor did not prescribe my wife with any medicine and he has been declining my calls all day and ignoring my messages i sent him my wifes test results and he is not even checking them i have asked to talk to a manager and no one has called me stay away from this fake hospital your money aint worth the service they will take your money and give you bad service

  It's a nice hospital at day time. But at nice they don't have doctor's for emergency. I took my child there at night, because his temperature was increasing. When I got there I asked for a doctor, all I could hear was there is no doctor available. So what is the purpose of emergency I asked, if this was in between life and death, what will you tell me
