::There is no real proper management of patients with booked appointments as they seem to prioritise those they wish to first. Eventually after seeing Dr Varol Esatoglu who is extremely renound in his field as he is very knowledgeable and professional, it sadly appears the after care service just does not exist as I have since left the country and I am back home in the UK, and my follow on report, which altough was sent via a screenshot via What's App (which is not completely ledgeable), has still not been translated to English as promised after 9 weeks despite x5 follow up messages. I would not mind as the treatment and consultation was a PAID for service!

::One of the worst management I ever seen here today. I took an appointment one day before and next day i appear there 20 minutes before then my appointment time. Imagine if a patient still wait more then two hours and after a while the response come from the front desk and say to you. " Unfortunately, the doctor phone is switched off." I think the management shouldn't be that much careless through their patients.

::Awful service from front desk at emergency. I took my mum here tonight (12.08.21) with severe pain in her jaw due to a wisdom tooth extraction. The person at the front desk couldn’t care less. His only response was that they do not deal with tooth problems there. There was no offer of a consultation or a possible pain killer administration. As a so called private hospital this is not how you should be treating potential patients.

::We have an appointment but we're waiting in the hall for 1 hour when doctor will be ready to take us... It didn't happened, so we have to leave without a treatment. Hospital personal are sleepwalkers. Very bad.

::I went to see Dr Kemal Kamiloğlu yesterday and had a follow up appointment today with him. He was extremely polite and attended to me immediately. His assistant Denise spoke excellent English and was very reassuring and explained the procedure clearly. The hospital was very clean and staff were professional too. Will definately come back here should I require hospital treatment in the future. Keep up the good work guys ! 👌
